Cancellation Policy

⚠ From here on out you cannot book an appointment without a card on file. A card must me Registered to book your appointment to save your spot ⚠ 

If your more than 15 minutes late, without informing The Lash Doctor, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee or FULL PRICE for NO CALL NO SHOW

Being late to your appointment runs into the next persons appointments!! Please be respectful of other peoples time!!

⚠ A fee of $25 will be charged, IF cancellation notice is less than 24 hours of inquired service
